A weekend that shone with love, laughter and breathtaking moments from start to finish. The wedding of this extraordinary bride and groom took place at the Lisa Alm in Flachau - a rustic, modern alpine pasture in Salzburger Land, which provided the perfect backdrop for this special day with its exclusive and unique atmosphere.
The celebratory weekend began on Friday with a cozy get-together at Hotel Lisa, where the guests were treated to a hearty snack and already had the feeling of a big family. The wedding ceremony took place in the idyllic Mariä Empfängnis parish church in Flachau, and the joy was palpable when the bride and groom said their vows. They had already said „I do“ to each other in a small civil ceremony the previous year, but the big celebration was to follow on this day.
After the ceremony, the bridal couple drove to the breathtaking location in a nostalgic old VW bus, while the guests were comfortably transported to the Lisa Alm in buses - a practical solution, as locations in the mountains often only offer limited parking options. Once there, guests were greeted with a refreshing champagne reception in glorious weather and the sounds of a saxophonist who provided the perfect musical backdrop.
Boredom was definitely a foreign word on this day: the bridal couple had come up with some entertaining activities, including nail banging, can throwing and sack races - guaranteeing that all guests were kept busy and entertained. A stunning photo spot made for unforgettable memories of the day. No one noticed that the bride and groom briefly disappeared from the celebrations for a photo shoot - a moment of calm before things moved on.
The wedding dinner was a veritable feast, during which the guests also provided some laughs with humorous interludes. Afterwards, the exuberant party began with a DJ and saxophonist, who got the dance floor shaking together - until the early hours of the morning at an „open end“ celebration.
And just in case the party was a little too intense, the guests found lovingly put together hangover kits in their rooms after the party, ready for the next day. The weekend was rounded off with a relaxed brunch at the Hotel Lisa, where guests toasted to this wonderful day and the unforgettable wedding weekend.
