A wedding seems effortless in the moment - but there are numerous coordinated steps going on in the background to ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time. From getting ready to the ceremony, photo shoot and evening celebration: each stage requires planning, precision and an overview.
Even before the first guest arrives, I make sure that everything is ready: Stylist, The photographer, the bridal couple and important details such as rings, jewelry and stationery are organized and in the right place. My focus remains on making you feel comfortable and relaxed for the morning.
Whether you want to experience the first look as a couple alone or with selected people - I will guide everyone involved at the right time and coordinate the processes with the photographer and other service providers. During the ceremony, I will work in the background to ensure that your planning runs smoothly.
After the ceremony, I coordinate the reception, accompany the transition to the location and make sure that schedules and service providers are on time. I also remain present for group photos, guests and checkpoints - discreetly but purposefully.
During the day, I take care of timing management, coordinate service providers and ensure that even spontaneous events run smoothly. Whether cake, dinner or special program items - I keep the schedule stable so that you can enjoy your day to the full.
